My family and I were a handful of time here. Both drive inside and inside. For the most part, this place is really good. I always get a protein style, animal style double and it's always great. Never had a wrong order, and that's always fantastic. None of my family is fans of the Pommes, but from what I understand, it's just one thing that I don't owe this place at all. What Eric Hodgson doesn't like about In-n-out Burger:
I love in n out, but come on. Ive been eating it for the past 25 years, but this one has consistently been off. For instance, both are well done fries. Not so much. The ones on the left were still cool and crunchy View all feedback.
The burger I served looked like he came from a Hamburg TV game. It looked too good to be true and twice as delicious as it looked. I love this place. I'll go back soon.
Can't go wrong with animal-style double-doubles and an animal fries! *Don't forget the chilies!
Customer service was phenomenal. Food was great. Can't wait till they come to Houston
The exact same experience you’ll get at an In-N-Out anywhere in the country. Fast, good burgers and fries. It was rainy so they gave out kids free hot cocoas, and even a sticker puzzle! Clean restaurant, although the bathrooms could use more frequent service.
Outstanding customer service as soon as you walk in the door. The person taking our order was patient and very friendly. Met Joshua in the dining area and he checked on us asking if we needed anything. Joshua was readily available when I had a question. While I was eating I paid attention to the crew working in the back. Not one of them was messing around and was very focused on their task and to customers needs. My wife and I were there 09/10 during lunch time. Joshua told me his manager that day was Brandon. Great job to everyone there and be very proud of your work.
