The cookies are so big! I did wait a while since the line was long but the cookies are freshly baked and warm when I received them. They have multiple locations, but I went to the one in Pflugerville. Their newest location is in Round Rock! Used to be great but prices went up (I get it, inflation), cookies are smaller and have lost in flavor. Now they’re just chunks of sugar. The staff has never been amazing. Also, I don’t understand why they don’t serve coffee. I’d come here a lot more often if they had coffee. View all feedback.

Janae had the WORST customer service ever. We went in, not a single greeting from anyone, just a glare from Janae. She comes over to the iPad to ring us up… still not a hello or eye contact… so I’m staring at her and I say “hi” and she just looks at me and I said “can I order??” And she goes “yeah I’m waiting” and I told her my order. And she says “do you want to leave a tip”, and I just laughed and said sure and left $1. She didn’t give a thank you after the transaction was done or when she tossed my cookie box on the counter. Horrible.
Customer service is great and everyone is always so kind. Cookies are always tasty and freshly made!
I have NEVER had one of their cookies that I didn’t like!! They have all been amazing ?
This was just a weird experience, i’ve worked at crumb before and other fast food restaurants that tip with the screen flip and show a 15,20,25% tip and at this location I was asked if I wanted to tip the bakers without the screen being flipped so I couldn’t choose how much to tip the bakers. I thought this was very strange and was awkward.
