Austin's - Pflugerville

We visited this restaurant on Friday morning, which was also Veterans Day. Unfortunately, it started to rain as soon as we arrived, leading to the closure of the outdoor attractions. We were hopeful to enjoy the indoor attractions, but it quickly became clear that there wasn’t anyone available to manage the indoor rides (see photos below). Every indoor ride we tried to go on lacked an operator, and I had to walk around the entire indoor park to find an employee to operate each ride we wanted to experience. After the first few times, it became quite exhausting. I spoke with a manager who mentioned that there were only four employees operating the entire park. It was surprising to learn that only four staff members were responsible for running 11 attractions, both indoor and outdoor. Overall, this was not the best experience for us, especially considering the price we paid for unlimited attraction passes.

? 7 stars! OMG fun! We had my son's birthday party here and it was amazing! It was an all-day event. So much fun and worth every penny. Thank you to the excellent staff that I made my son so happy that I've seen him for a long time. I can't thank you enough and I can't wait to go back.

I had a fantastic experience today, just like the last time I visited with my daughter. The rides are fantastic, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy at a very reasonable price. There's something for adults too, with billiards and bars available, and if you enjoy arcade games, they have a great selection.

This place is amazing and we had so much fun. Minigolf was sweet and family friendly. On the way with benches in one place. Bumper boats with water guns... what is not to love? My boys were in heaven over the mini car course!! For most of these attractions there are height restrictions. I would say that Pre-Tens would love this place most.

The place is a lot of fun but it?s pretty expensive for what it is in my opinion , the food at the buffet is mediocre at best . But the reason I am doing a 3 star review is due to the fact that their staff for the most part where not kind at all except for the two guys that ran the small go cart track which where awesome but literally everyone else what border line rude . Also they have some dumb rules or maybe just rude workers but we where the ONLY people at the merry go round and literally no one else was riding it or in-line at all and the young girl made us get off and get back ?in line ? which there was NO LINE JUST US and then get back on ? Me my 8 month pregnant wife our 3 year old and our 4 year old did this WAYYY TOO MANY TIMES. . I just think that?s not cool at all . There where also other interactions that where t as bad as that but nonetheless very unpleasant and unprofessional. I won?t ever go back. Also there where several rides that where broken . Which I guess it is what it is but you still pay full price for entry but that?s really not a huge deal but worth mentioning . Was it a fun Tuesday afternoon ? Yes . Was it worth it ? Probably not ?.
