I ordered the Western Omelette, and it was very tasty. However, I thought the green chili could have been a bit more flavorful, and the hash browns were a touch mushy. The restaurant was busy during our visit, but our waitress was friendly and attentive. The restroom was clean and well-stocked. I do wish there were more beverage options beyond just plain black coffee.
I visited the Peyton, CO location for the first time, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The food was outstanding, and our server, Opal, was exceptional. Thank you, Opal!
