I bought this morning at Sauveterre de Béarn, servings of caramel pork and was extremely disappointed! The rice was much too cooked, the few pieces of meat were dry, without flavor and the little sauce had been absorbed by rice...I threw the rice without sauce that was really not good or more than half of the barrel...I added a lot of salt but it did not change much to this dish without flavor, insipid. What a pleasure! I took a bubble tea this morning on the market, it was great! The person who served me was very smiling. I really recommend and next time, in addition to a bubble tea, I will taste the little dishes that seem succulent.

A very nice discovery. The dishes are excellent and very fresh. Spring rolls, bobun and nems, samoussa to the top.
The first time I came, the food was very strange but very delicious. Two young people at the service with great enthusiasm. I'll come back to eat again.
