Friendly staff, very clean and great view of the beach! They always have new flavors of ice cream for me to try and many unique offerings. Small local business at its finest!

I can't rate the food yet. It's now 50 minutes after I ordered on line. I have watched them fill orders for people who arrived a half hour after I ordered. I can't understand why orders aren't filled in the same order they're received.

I live quite close, so my family occasionally gets some ice cream for my brother. They have many great options for the ice cream, and they also sell other options, such as sandwiches, subs, chips, and so much more.

Horrible customer service, staff was horribly rude. Obnoxiously telling me I was being impatient after waiting 20 minutes with little to no line. Marcus and Lola are the one people who actually tried to make the experience better.

I have always thought their food and ice cream were very good. The service is good. They do get extremely busy in the summer months because the beach is just across the street. Lots of teenagers and family go there for lunch. The Chocolate Factory is always a destination expected whenever I have children visiting. It is one of the many gems located in downtown Pewaukee. Parking: It is busy seasonally. Driving by the beach to the lot can be a little challenging since the street is narrow there. I would rather park in back. Enter near the coffee shop. Wheelchair accessibility: It is a bit of a tight squeeze inside because of all the people. The counters for the ice cream are a bit high. Booth seating as well as tables.
