The restaurant's name may be Chinese, but that's the only thing resembling Chinese cuisine here. Unlike most Chinese restaurants, green tea isn't served as soon as guests sit down, there are no chopsticks provided with the dishes (only forks), there's no extra soy sauce available, and they don't even offer dishes like Peking duck or udon noodles.
