Young people with taste, on a mission. People easily talk of passion for food, for wine, for quality, this is to watch it in action. To see the ready smiles of young people steeped in traditional high quality of local produce as they find a mix of excellent seasonal food and very good wines, is to understand life beyond stuff. A reference for food and wine. simone sommelier of the highest level puts at our disposal a wine card with more labels equal to its infinite knowledge. excellent also the combination of food with a maniacal research of the raw material seasoned by the wonderful seals and friendly and smiling gynasty.
Very nice and particular local. ideal atmosphere to spend a quiet and pleasant evening. simone, the owner, is really very prepared and good to recommend the right wine even to the less experienced (like me.) the degotation menu is simple but refined, where products of the highest level are proposed. the price is right for what you eat and drink. strongly recommended.
Excellent menu with local products. No fried noodles and olives at the ascolana. but raw material of excellence with honest prices. competent and prepared prooptimal. to try!
