Alas! due to a g... read more For many years this restaurant was also recognized as a highly successful pool club in the province with two full sized tables in the bar area. Alas! due to a general decline of interest in 8 ball nationally and the upsurge in the restaurant's popularity, the last remaining table was removed a short while ago to make way for increased seating capacity. So apart from the main dining room there is now a large attractive dining area in the bar area too. If you enjoy Valencian rice in particular, then this is the place to come. They serve it with practically anything from rabbit and snails to lobster. There is also a full complement of other popular Spanish delicacies on the menu. Their wine menu is extensive and incorporates national vintages from all corners of the country at reasonable prices. The owner, who acts as head waiter runs the show.
