Delicious healthy gluten free breakfast and lunch. Amazing open sandwiches, salads and cakes.

I had lunch with a friend today and was pleased to find plenty of gluten-free options on the menu. I chose the chicken avocado on gluten-free toast with chili jam, and it was absolutely delicious. However, I ended up spending the afternoon and evening in a lot of discomfort, which is typical for me when I accidentally consume gluten. While I believe the toast was gluten-free, I can't help but wonder if it might have come into contact with gluten through the toaster or something like that. It's unfortunate because this experience makes me hesitant to eat here again. Nevertheless, I would still recommend the place for anyone who doesn’t have similar gluten sensitivities, as the service and food were great.

However, I spent the afternoon and evening in quite a bit of discomfort and bloating, which is how I usually react to gluten. I'm confident that the toast was gluten-free, but I wonder if it might have come into contact with gluten somewhere, perhaps through the toaster. It's unfortunate because this experience makes me hesitant to eat here again. That said, I would still recommend the excellent service and food to anyone who doesn't have gluten sensitivities.
