If you're looking for something to take home, I highly recommend the fried chicken—it's my favorite dish! If you're in the mood for a nice beer, some music, and a little bit of awkwardness, this place is decent. The atmosphere isn't too crowded, which is nice. Superb high quality soul food. Prepared with fresh ingredients and love. Always hot great affordable and consistent. You will be hooked!!!! We ate it all and forgot to add picture. Will add one on my next visit.

The food is always great! Food is cooked to order. Please, call ahead of time because the wait is long. I love the fried chicken, potatoe salad, string beans, and yams.
