Delicious. You know you have a good sandwich when it needs no further condiments. I typically put mustard on my sandwiches and did so with the first half. On a whim I decided to forgo the mustard on the second half and was delighted that the flavors were perfect. Amazing. The deserts are all delicious. I absolutely LOVE their cookies, I can't resist grabbing several peanut butter cookies every time I go there and all my friends say they have the best carrot cake. The sandwiches are all great, my personal favorite is the big Ben. And the convenience store part can be well, so convenient! Their selection of Hispanic baked goods is quite interesting. The employees are all nice, friendly people especially the owner, Missy.
Met my husband for lunch here and I can?t wait to go back! The chicken salad sandwich was amazing. The cupcake with it was one of the best I?ve ever had. Everyone was so nice and friendly as well. Definitely has the ?hometown restaurant? vibe to it which is stellar. I plan on making the 45 minute drive more often as well as ordering some baked goodies in the future too! EDIT it?s me again! I AM OBSESSED WITH THIS PLACE! The food, the staff, the bread, the cupcakes .... everything! I envy my husband because he works so close and gets to experience this amazingness all the time! We recently ordered a dozen of the Unicorn Surprise cupcakes for my daughter and I can?t even begin to describe how beautiful as well as delicious they were! If you haven?t been here yet RUN!
Driving through Virginia, wanted to stop to get lunch. Great sandwiches at a great price! The box special came with a drink, sandwich, bag of chips and a cupcake. Delicious. The bread was amazing for the sandwiches. Would highly recommend.
Delicious. You know you have a good sandwich when it needs no further condiments. I typically put mustard on my sandwiches and did so with the first half. On a whim I decided to forgo the mustard on the second half and was delighted that the flavors were perfect. Their sandwiches come on a home baked torta which is essentially a Mexican style French baguette. They use quality meats and cheeses and quality control is important to them (I heard the owner advising the person making the sandwich to ensure it was made to her standards). And the confections, oh the confections. My wife loved the carrot cake cupcake and my lemon cupcake was delicious as well. Prices are also on point, just over $20 for 2 drinks, 2 chips, 2 cupcakes, and 2 sandwiches. Great place for great food.
Quaint and friendly people. First time customer and I participated in the taco tuesday. Nice authentic tacos with four types of protein to choose. I want to try the sandwiches next. Cupcake I had was to my liking as well.
