What Patience Hintz doesn't like about McDonald's:
McDonald’s really chooses when they are open and closed. Why does it show two different times? The drive through is suppose to be open at 12. Why are y’all closed at 10? I’m confused. Are y’all closed at 10 or 12? It’s just seem like your staff is doing what they want. View all feedback.
This was a go to spot when I travel through Petersburg, VAClean inside and around parking lot.

3pm Sunday No napkins in the dining area, no clean tables Very slow Sandwich was so covered in sauces the bun was soggy and fell apart.
Customer service sucks here! The lady who gave us our food was extremely rude as if she had an attitude for no reason. We were extremely nice and pleasant with her tho
IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN THIS PLACE NO STARS I WOULD BUT UNFORTUNATELY YOU HAVE TO GIVE AT LEAST ONE TO WRITE A REVIEW. THE FOOD BE COLD AND THEY ALWAYS MESSING UP MY ORDER. A LOT OF THE STAFF IS RATCHET AND NONCHALANT. I ORDERED A SWEET TEA AND WAS GIVEN A UNSWEETENED TEA. CALLED THEM TO GET THE CORRECT TEA. I EXPLAINED TO THE MANAGER WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE THAT I ORDERED A SWEET TEA AND GOT A UNSWEETENED TEA AND HER RESPONSE WAS OK LIKE WHAT I WANT HER TO DO. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT THE BEST AT ALL.
