What User likes about Kfc:
I had a great experience at this KFC! The staff were professional and ready to assist me with my order. The chicken was hot and crispy, the biscuits were fresh out of the oven, and the green beans had a nice spicy kick to them. The packaging was clean, and everything tasted delicious. What User doesn't like about Kfc:
How is someone suppose to eat a famous bowl with no gravy. The gravy is what makes the whole meal good. Plus the service was slow. I sat in the drive thru for over 20 min with only one car infront of me. They have now hiring managers sign out front. They really need it. Maybe one that will make sure they fix the orders right. New Beyond Chicken taste like KFC chicken! The fried skin has the taste of KFC 11 herbs and spices and the meat is moist. A really good alternative!

Girl working at through at this time I’m posting was crazy rude. BF asked her what sides he could get wondering what the options were. She said “whatever you choose” sounding annoyed to be there. There was also no shredded cheese on his Mac n cheese bowl. The one recently released. With chicken, Mac n cheese, and shredded cheese. Three ingredients.

Everything I purchased was cold, hard, and disgusting... there was no one in line (inside or drive thru)... from my eyesight, I seen at least 5 crew members, I am a restaurant general manager so I truly understand how hectic fast food establishments can get.. things happen.. however on this slow rainy day, there was no need for every single one of my items to be hard and out of temp.. very disappointing
