Hardee's - Petersburg

After placing my order, I asked for my receipt. I was told by the cashier that she would give me my receipt after they assembled the order. Well, apparently, the receipt was lost, and I was waiting a very long time for my order (I dined inside the facility). When I asked the cashier for the status of my order, she caught an attitude (for description purposes, she was the only white cashier working at that time). I guess it was a bad day.

First time eating here it was very delicious and the service fast and very professional

The place had an odor. The floors were so geasy (lobby and bathroom) that I almost fell. Burger looked like it was previously cooked and then reheated on the grill. It was burned and dried out. Wife's chicken sandwich was not much better. If we had the time, we would have traveled futher down the highway. But since it was getting late and not knowing where are next dinner location might be, didn't want to chance no dinner. We wish we would have passed!!! We like Hardy's but this was the ABSOLUTE WORST meal I have ever experienced!

This is not the best Hardee’s location. Food order was incorrect and the items that were correct were lackluster even for fast food. Wait time was long despite not having many people to serve. They did change the fries and even though they are crinkle cut they are still very tasty.

Food was greasy mess, hash browns soaked in grease and falling apart. The sandwich could have been better prepared and not soggy as well. It seemed like no effort was placed to make the breakfast meal desirable. It's sad that a once known place for great breakfast items now lacks the ability to handle the basics. Next time I will pass and rather eat road kill then give my business here. Just saying
