We had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant and were happy that they also served drinks. The dinner was superb, meeting our expectations and even surpassing some hotels we have visited recently. View all feedback.

This was the lunch stop after Kings Canyon tour with AAT. There are not a lot of options in the area and we were one of the first to order, and we went for the pizzas these were very good, but moderately expensive View all feedback.

I can only say stay away from the bistro. The only part of the meal that was good was my coffee ! My daughter's chips were over-cooked and as hard as rocks, the gravy was some weird looking runny concoction that may have been gravox, but hadn't been thickened. We both ordered the works burger without the bun ( $26 each), which came with an ok side salad and very over-cooked chips. The menu said pineapple and beetroot but they were missing. The meat pattie and bacon were burnt, the egg and tomato ok. But overall, the meal was inedible. So with both burgers, a chips and gravy, one coffee and one tea the total was $70.50 ! Very much a disappointment Would highly recommend people not bother going there, and I'm sure if staying at resort you would only go once because you couldn't be silly enough to go back.
The food is microwave, the fish was said to be fresh but, we agree, it was a bit naif to expect that in the middle of the desert. The chef should just try a little harder...
$25 mains with large portion size, although options for myself as a vegetarian were limited. It is also not the best for those who are saving pennies. Two of us were full on the garlic and cheese pizza with wedges to share for $20. Overall good for others, just not the best option for me. Available: burgers, pizza and breakfast, sidelined with a bar. Staff were lovely and you could tell they got to know the tour guide staff well.
Had some drinks in the Thirsty Dingo Bar in the same building before dinner. Water has chloride taste, food hardly warm enough. Breakfast was also a disappointment. Guess there is nothing to argue about since we are in the middle of nowhere...
