I stayed here for two nights during my sister's wedding, and everything was exceptional from start to finish. It was an intimate celebration, and the staff, the bar, the breakfast, and the wedding meal were all fantastic! The rooms were stunning, and the hotel itself was beautiful. Had the most beautiful meal today in the room. our server jake has made a great job. very professional. we were in cash first for a drink and barman there was not very interest in his job very slow service, but apart from that
Had Afternoon Tea yesterday for my mums birthday, everything was fantastic! Food was lovely, couldn’t fault a thing! Our servers Meghan and Jamie did a great job, very friendly, nothing was a problem for them! Thank you Palace Hotel for a great afternoon!
We chose the Palace to host the teas, after my Uncle’s Funeral today, and could not be happier with the service provided. The food was excellent, the staff were friendly and very helpful, taking acre to ensure everyone had everything they needed. Thank you to all involved in making a difficult time, easier to deal with.
Our lunch was superb! Six of us all had different meals and all were gorgeous.it was no problem at all for the lovely staff to have fish specially cooked for our egg-allergic grandson or to check the ice cream was egg free.Helpings are on the large side so go hungry!
Was their for only one night but could not fault it staff very polite and helpfull rooms and meals were top notch would certainly stay there again.
