What User doesn't like about Феникс:
The only thing Chinese about this restaurant is its name. Unlike other Chinese restaurants, they do not serve green tea immediately upon seating. There is no chopstick with the utensils, only a fork, and they do not provide extra soy sauce. The waiters are not knowledgeable about certain dishes like udon.
