Even though DoorDash missed half of my order, Carly went the extra mile to ensure we were fully taken care of. The food we received was excellent, easily a 10/10. Carly’s service, however, was on another level—truly deserving a 100/10 rating.

The customer service is excellent too; they consistently check in to make sure that customers have everything they need. The waitress even remembered my drink order from a couple of weeks ago when my partner and I visited last!

I pai... read more I ordered the Bombay chicken wrap and veggie nachos. The wrap was good, but the nachos were a disappointment—there was literally no cheese on them at all. I paid $13.75 plus tax, and this is the second time they’ve messed up my order. When I called the restaurant, the so-called manager/server was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She said, “I don’t know how to reimburse you for that, and since this is your second complaint, why did you order here again?” Is this really how a restaurant should be run? If the owner sees this, please consider hiring more educated and sensible managers. This experience was characterized by rude behavior and very poor customer service.
