Was to pick up order between 7 and 7:10 pm on Sunday. Wasn't ready until 7:25 which really wasn't a big deal. When I got home and we went to eat, everything was... read more Was to pick up order between 7 and 7:10 pm on Sunday. Wasn't ready until 7:25 which really wasn't a big deal. When I got home and we went to eat, everything was rock hard and we couldn't bite into it. It was too late to call back because they close at 8:00 pm. Called back today Tuesday, as they are closed on Mondays and they wouldn't take responsibility for their overcooked food. Egg rolls, breaded shrimp, lemon chicken, chicken balls were dark brown and hard, not golden like the pictures. They told me the most they could do if I brought it back was to give me a $15 refund out of a $67 order that is going into the garbage. Lady on the phone was very argumentative and kept saying that we just don't like deep fried food. We wouldn't have ordered it if we didn't like it. She said their policy was that you had to call back the same day, but they were closed by the time I got home and got it on our plates. Makes me wonder if they gave it to me late because they knew it was overdone. I definitely don't recommend them.

The food is incredibly fresh, it seems like every dish is made to order. I never used to like chicken balls until I tried theirs, which are homemade with white chicken breast and not frozen. The service is good as well, with the only complaint being that they need to expand so the phone isn't always busy. That's how good the food is! Have you ever called a fast food place and been put on hold for an hour straight? Wee Wok offers the best and freshest Chinese food in town.

I plan on... read more I am very particular about the Chinese food I eat, but this restaurant is hands down the best I have ever tried! Their chicken balls are exceptional. I plan on dining here for the rest of my days.
