Once we arrived (during Covid) we saw that we could order online and they show the website to do so in a sign placed at the entrance (you can see that in one of the pictures I included). At least from our phones (my wife's and mine), it didn't work. We lost some minutes, more people came in and we ended up entering the restaurant to order after a longer line, The second thing is that the same sign suggests the possibility of ordering by phone, but no phone number included. Other than that, which is just a sign improvement, we enjoyed our take out meals.

The speed at which the sub is made is atrocious!!! 2nd time we ordered ahead and it still took another 20 minutes past the time it said it would be ready. That's 40 minutes to make 2 sandwiches??? It shouldn’t require one person to translate for the other four employees. I was also quite disturbed to see several staff members wiping their noses on their sleeves or arms while preparing food. This was very unappetizing while my meal was being made. A discussion about hygiene practices with your staff is definitely necessary. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning for some time.

They do have nice seating for individuals on one side, but it was closed off—perhaps because it was too dirty to use? Joking aside, there were five staff members behind the counter who didn't seem busy at all. They handed me my food to go, which ended up being a blessing since I chose not to stay.

The sandwiches came on Schär's gluten-free rolls. Since we mentioned that it was due to an allergy, they took extra precautions to ensure safety. My partner, who has a severe gluten sensitivity, had no adverse reaction and actually enjoyed the sandwich even more than those from the regular Subway chain.
