Contribute FeedbackThe Windmill restaurant has received mixed reviews from customers, with complaints about slow service and overpriced, microwaved meals. A lack of communication regarding menu issues and long wait times for desserts left a bad impression on some guests. However, positive feedback highlighted delicious Sunday roasts, generous portions, and a pleasant atmosphere. The venue offers good service, friendly staff, and a large garden play area, making it suitable for families and gatherings. Overall, The Windmill provides a range of dining experiences, from traditional roasts to unique dishes like the Confit duck and pig belly.
Recently came for Sunday dinner and even though restaurant was near on empty, mains took over half an hour after starter plates had been collected. Food was nice but meat VERY fatty. Not what it once was. Didn't stay for pudding due to length of time for the mains. Price per person: £50–60 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Roast Beef

Really nice pub, great food and service. Really good for kids as they have a decent size playground for them. They play live music from time to time, which has been fantastic. Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
