This is a wonderful place for coffee. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive, though they may occasionally make a mistake in an order (though this is rare). I have always found everything to be delicious and Julie is amazing, always going above and beyond for her customers. What Keith Warrington doesn't like about Starbucks:
The restaurant has a sterile atmosphere and the portion sizes are not worth the high prices. The coffee is tasty, but it bothers me that they do not accept cash. I usually prefer to spend my money at Costa instead. View all feedback.
Starbucks is consistent with getting worse as time passes, costa is more consistent in a positive way.
Lovely spacious place , clean and tidy . Our order was wrong , but it was corrected straight away . Plenty of parking .
Wow what awful service, food/drink was more a less chucked to me, rude staff and boosting about their social life... Wish I'd ordered to go....
Great customer service, fresh and delicious food. Great coffee highly recommended
Hit and miss as sometimes you get a lovely service and sometimes you don't. But today was exceptional .
