Pavillions West Peterborough

Sam was our waiter. Couldn't have been more helpful! Asked for kids meal to come first and it arrived nearly instantly. Really attentive with drinks and was very helpful. Food was great. Not sure the Salad Bowls were very exciting, but the salad bar is there anyway so maybe thats my own fault. Burgers, mixed grill and kebabs we're all fab and enjoyed. We had 50% off voucher so incredible value these days too.

Dined in for an impromptu breakfast, firstly half the menu wasn’t available which is a bit of an inconvenience for someone limited by food intolerances, allergies and such. They did make me a yoghurt and fruit cup however some of the fruit was mouldy and it was very watery which wasn’t appetising at all. Table seats dirty and needed a good clean. Overall very disappointed, won’t be returning anytime soon.

Great selection of food and a reasonable range of drinks. Very helpful and attentive staff but our waiter asked us if we would like large fries or potatoes. This made it unclear that he was offering the double portion offered on the menu. We therefore ended up with too much food. The steak was not cooked medium rate as requested, it was overcooked. We would also prefer to serve our own salad and drinks now that COVID restrictions are lifted.

Made a last minute booking on a Sunday afternoon. My expectations were not particularly high as I had heard some bad stories from a few years ago when it first opened. Well things must have changed!! My experience was fantastic. Starting with the staff who were all really friendly. Our waitress was Daisy who was lovely and the service and friendliness were top notch. Then the food was fantastic and reasonably priced. The toilets were the cleanest I think I have ever experienced in a restaurant or pub. I am struggling to think of anything that could have enhanced my enjoyment of my family meal. I wouldn’t hesitate to dine here again.

Incredible service! Honestly the wait staff at this restaurant were spectacular, best I’ve ever seen in my life. Especially Daisy! The UK are pretty famous for having poor customer service but it was just the right mix of friendly but not over the top like in the US. The food was amazing as well, great value for money. Was expecting it to be way more expensive! And they have unlimited drinks refills with the different flavour syrups. 10/10, 5 stars, we visited on Monday and we’re coming back on Saturday!
