Contribute FeedbackDespite a few quality control issues and some cold food incidents, the McDonald's in Peterborough has received mixed reviews. Customers have experienced missing items, long wait times, and cold burgers. However, some visitors have praised the exceptional service, especially highlighting a manager named Jessica who went above and beyond to retrieve a lost phone. Overall, the restaurant seems to have room for improvement in terms of consistency and efficiency, but there have been positive experiences as well. So, whether you encounter hiccups or exceptional service, it seems like a visit to this McDonald's could go either way.
Normally OK, but obviously need to work a little on quality control. Went to the drive thru and spent 28 quid on breakfast for five people, including 3 pounds for two extra hash browns, only to get home and discover all four hash browns missing from the order.
I left my phone at Padholme road east Peterborough McDonald’s. I hadn’t realised I’d lost it for a few hours but went back and we very soon realised I’d thrown it away in the trash. The manager on that night Jessica went above and beyond as she scoured the recycling bin at the back and managed to retrieve my phone. Above and beyond, what a great manager she is I’m so pleased I got it back! Thank you so much Jessica
I received excellent service at this restaurant. I requested to add tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, and mayo to a Quarter Cheese burger and different toppings to another Double Quarter Cheese burger. The orders were promptly served just as requested, with no additional charges. Thank you for the delightful meal!

McDonald's really needs to address the issue of serving cold food. It's unacceptable to have a pile of burgers in the middle and send them out in no particular order, resulting in cold burgers like the ones I received tonight. I observed this happening and raised it with the person in charge, but they were not interested. Even the delivery drivers from Just Eat are experiencing the same issue of receiving cold food at the delivery drop-off. This has been my experience as well.
