Costa Coffee Queensgate Sc

I stopped by in the late afternoon and enjoyed a cappuccino and chocolate twist pastry. I'm not a huge fan of Costa, but I found the experience to be satisfactory and the staff friendly. However, I was shocked by the intimidating atmosphere in Peterborough with people lurking around. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

This is a fantastic coffee spot. It's our favorite place to relax in the mornings. My wife really enjoys it as well. We visit almost every day.

During my visit to Costa, the restaurant was bustling with customers, but the staff were diligently working to serve everyone. However, due to the high volume of customers, not all tables were being cleared promptly. It was a bit disappointing, but given that the staff were working hard, they can be forgiven.

Upon entering you were asked to track and trace either via nhs app or there own version the asked if drinking in or take out. Once placed order you were then shown to your seat and it was plain to see that table and chairs had been wiped down with antibacterial wipes. As soon as people had left table it was cleared and cleaned from edge to edge including seat and back of chair for next customer. Social distancing was observed at all times as was the wearing of masks. As usual std of coffee and food was very good keep up the good work you should be proud of yourselves an example to other establishments to follow.
