Looking at Tripadvisor reviews I’m thinking this pub has been closed and under new management as there is a big gap in reviews. Never been here before. Called in on a Thursday. There is a menu that is very well priced and Thursdays are two burgers (beef/chicken or halloumi) and chips. You can order two for just £10. What Richard S doesn't like about Cock Inn Werrington:
Two lagers on tap, no bitter. Only flavoured gin; no ordinary gin. No tonic! Three bottles of wine to choose from; barmaid had to pour wine from bottle labelled cab. Sauvignon to see what colour it was. Only one brandy to choose from. This pub will not survive offering a service like this. View all feedback.
New owners took a few days after I was immersed. they have made wonder with the place. it's so clean. pub was busy, brilliant atmosphere. the service is fast. cocktails are good and dishes are cheap! is definitiw returned x
