This bucket was empty on the Christmas table during the holidays. I'm not kidding—everyone was craving KFC!
I was disappointed to find that they ran out of chicken during my visit. I've consistently faced issues whenever I've tried to dine here, but running out of chicken at Kentucky Fried Chicken is just absurd. Management really needs to improve their inventory management, or I feel misled in some way. Additionally, they should consider temporarily disabling their menu on food delivery apps like DoorDash to prevent customers from ordering items that aren't available, leading to frustrating wait times for refunds of 5 to 7 days.
