What AnitaS doesn't like about Everest Indian:
We received our appetizers at the end of our dinner only after I got up from the table and looked for someone to help me. This sums up the entire evening. We won’t be back. View all feedback.
Food is great service varies with server. Our server last night was great.
My wife and I loved the food, but we will not return due the way that we were treated. When we arrived we told the waiter that we had an Opentable reservation and were using a $25 credit that we had earned. When it was time to pay the bill, we were told by the female owner that they were not accepting gift certificates. After much discussion the male owner then politely told us that he never agreed to accept Opentable credits. This writer walked him through the process and explained that he need to run the card as credit and not as a gift certificate. This worked. However, the female owner refused to give us eye contact and pleasantly said thanks to other patrons as she turned away from us and obviously gave us the cold shoulder.

The atmosphere at this restaurant felt quite different from our last two visits. It appeared that new pictures had been hung on the walls. The all-male server staff had been replaced by a female greeter and female servers, with one male staff member checking in at the tables to ensure everything was satisfactory. The menu looked familiar, but the speed and attentiveness of the staff were noticeably improved compared to our previous experiences. The food was just as delicious as always. I'll definitely be returning soon. I can't help but wonder if the restaurant is now under new management.
Pleasant surprise for us trying Everest and experiencing such excellent food. As we are big fans of North Indian cuisine that offers more than just the standard, run-of-the-mill approach to flavor/spice, this place provided an impressive menu and focus on the subtleties of roasted cumin, cardamom and coriander. So nicely done from samosa to kulcha to korma. Highest marks for taste.
