Whole Foods Market - Petaluma

This store relatively to other Whole Foods Markets is small. Prices are above average. There are not many people inside the store shopping. Service is outstanding. I wish at least some items were more affordable so that anyone could afford to buy at least something.

Nice Whole Foods. The one in Coddingtown in Santa Rosa is a lot bigger and has a gigantic selection. This location is nice to get many items Whole Foods offers. From fresh fruits veggies, bakery, dairy, meat dept, salad bar and most things you might need. The clerks are super nice, and parking is usually open. There’s also outside seating (not now due to Covid). I like some of the products in their beauty section and like smelling the essential oils. If you are an Amazon Prime member you get 5% OFF any yellow tag sale items. You can also pick up Amazon items in the lockers.

Bigger store and hence bigger selection than the homer Palo alto one. Wish Piave cheese would make a comeback but I did find some in the Petaluma WF the other day. Guess each orders their own cheeses.

Smaller than most. I grabbed some quick hot bar for dinner while on the road. Selection was small and since they mostly have the same items, the quality of cooking was below average for those dishes.

The two best grocery stores in Petaluma are Petaluma Market and Whole Foods. Petaluma Market has the best produce hands down. Whole Foods has the best everything else!
