My mother was treated horribly at this Starbucks by the so called Manager or Shift leader named Joe. He tried to charge my mother MORE for our drinks and even messed them up as well. Not to mention verbally assaulting my mother for not Hurrying up and paying . It also seems like most of the people who work there and trying to protect him, since most did not want to give her his name. Really sad that these type of peo... View all feedback.
This is the best, most efficient Starbucks with the best and most friendly staff. All the baristas here deserve a raise.
This is the only drive-through Starbucks in Petaluma. Great service great staff and of course yummy coffee drinks.
Denied me service to me because of my service dog. I have been in this Starbucks at least 50 times with my service dog with no issues but never again. Pete's has better coffee anyways
The double smoked bacon cheddar sandwich is to die for!
I recently had what can only be described as a disastrous visit to Starbucks, an establishment known for its consistency and quality. Sadly, this experience was a far cry from the norm, leaving me with no option but to share my dismal encounter.Firstly, I arrived at the Starbucks location with high hopes for my favorite morning coffee. I was met with an excessively long line of customers, which is not unusual, but the service was abysmally slow. The baristas seemed disorganized and overwhelmed, taking their sweet time to prepare orders. I waited for what felt like an eternity, watching the minutes tick away as I grew increasingly frustrated. When I finally reached the counter to place my order, it became evident that the employees were uninterested in providing even a semblance of customer service. They barely made eye contact, failed to offer any greetings, and barely mustered a half-hearted smile. My attempt at engaging in polite conversation was met with dismissive responses, leaving me feeling like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect when it finally arrived. I ordered a caramel macchiato, but what I received was a vanilla latte. When I kindly pointed out the mistake, the barista seemed irritated by my request for a correction. After a prolonged wait, I received my corrected order, which was lukewarm at best. The dismal experience didn't end with my coffee mishap. The seating area was in disarray, and tables were left uncleared. It appeared that the staff had little interest in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. I had to clear a table myself, which only added to my frustration. As for the food options, the pastry display was woefully lacking. Many items were sold out, and the few that were available looked unappetizing and stale. It was evident that quality control was a low priority for this particular Starbucks. In the end, I left the store feeling utterly disappointed and dissatisfied. This experience was a stark departure from the high standards that Starbucks is known for. It's disheartening to think that a brand that has built its reputation on consistency and customer service could allow such a poor experience to happen. I hope this review serves as a warning to others who might be considering a visit to this particular Starbucks location – you might want to think twice.
