In-n-out Burger - Petaluma

5th time I've been to this In N Out recently where they've messed up my order. Waited 10 minutes to end up getting a lukewarm burger with cold buns and half cooked floppy fries with next to no salt on them. Staff seems to be too busy trying to have a good time rather than working as I constantly heard banter and giggling while waiting. This has been the environment the last few times I will have visited this location whether it is busy or slow. It's a shame because this used to be the best In N Out in the county. I would have asked them to refire my order but at this point I don't even trust them to get it right the first time so why bother.

I like this In-N-Out Burger the employees are very nice and friendly. There's a sign that when it rains children get Free Hot chocolate. I usually go inside the store it's less time to wait. Everyone loves in n out burgers. The Best fast food burgers ?.

Always good burgers. Try ordering a Flying Dutchman or a grilled cheese.

The food here is worth it for the price, but you just have to eat it there.
