This is a fantastic spot to enjoy coffee and catch up with a friend. I really like the unique concept and layout of the place. It did take a little longer for my coffee to be prepared, possibly because the staff member was new, but the coffee and service were both excellent. I also enjoyed the motivational message on the coffee cup sleeve, a nice added touch that I really appreciated. View all feedback.
Staff very friendly. Beverage also nice. Place make me feel comfortable too. Love their chocolate drinks.
Friendliest gigi baristas by far. hope they keep up with this great friendly attitude. bosses should give them extra bonus. service was fast too
Went to clear wife's voucher in gigi app. Well bought 2 cups free 2 cups. So went home with 4 cups of mixed coffee and chocolate drinks.
[Dec 2021] 1. It is at a corner of 1 Utama Old Wing, facing the open-air carpark. 2. Suitable for mild coffee lovers 3. Quite work-based cafe Honestly really enjoyed their hazelnut praline latte as a person who needs coffee but not an enthusiast. I can only take dilute coffee. I went upstairs to work on my reports via my computer. Good place to work with friends. It is a good quiet cafe environment.
0double chocolate muffin with crispy outer layer quite good. latte not bad tho Environment can be improve. Service can be improve eg add screen to show order number, mark name on cup etc. Seats ver limited
