I gave this place a second chance after they messed up my last delivery order, and it?s just barely Japanese food as we know it. My hibachi lunch today came with steamed rice (not requested) instead of fried. The salad was iceberg lettuce with RANCH DRESSING?! Food is bland and not as advertised. Do not recommend. Sushi is fresh and the teriyaki Steak was delicious and cooked to perfection the only thing I could change is the ambience and lighting, but the food was honestly divine!?
I would order from here a lottt and this is the first issue I have had so I wasn?t super upset but they completely ruined it. Placed an online order, got the food on my lunch break and after I got back to work I realized it was wrong. With no time to go back, I politely called up there and the woman who answered wanted to laugh at me and not offer to fix it or anything. Not sure what was funny but I definitely will not be returning. Absolutely ridiculous and I guess respect isn?t taught where they are from.
