Taco Bell - Petal

I ordered a Supreme Beef Taco, but what I received was just a taco with steak, lettuce, and cheese. Where were the tomatoes and sour cream? Additionally, I don't even want to discuss the woman who took my order—she was disrespectful and rude. The customer service was far from acceptable. I do not recommend the Taco Bell in Petal, and I will NEVER return. Service: Takeout Meal type: Dinner

I called them four times, but no one answered the phone, even though I know they weren’t busy. I went there in person and requested sour cream on my tacos, but it was left off. I also asked for mild sauce, and they gave me hot instead. Can’t they tell the difference? The new strawberry twists were bland and didn’t taste like strawberry at all. Taco Bell has messed up my order multiple times and won’t pick up the phone. They really need to improve their staff and customer service. It’s frustrating – isn’t there someone who teaches them how to do this properly? I wanted a refund for my meal, but they didn’t answer when I called those four times. I’m very disappointed and unsatisfied.

The cinnamon twists were absolutely delicious, and the soft taco was tasty as well. Both dishes earned a solid 5 out of 5 for their flavor. However, the service experience was just average, scoring a 3 out of 5, while the atmosphere was similarly unremarkable. Overall, this is a great spot for an affordable and tasty meal, especially if you're in the mood for some sweet treats and savory tacos!
