The salads are mostly garnished with green salad. bad dose of vinaigrette (too or not enough) the other trims are medium good. I hope the quality will come back.

Because we were very disappointed by the service. Although it was reserved, it was missing everything. No choice in the aperos, no whisky, only mojito said home, but any. On 4 dishes offered, 2 broken, and medium quality. We ask for the wine list. We are placed on the table a bottle of poor quality red wine and ordinary rosé. No dessert, no cheese, no ice cream. The bosses, the waiters, the customers, sitting around the tables, armed at the counter, are as many stars in the sky as this bar. If you have to describe it, I would say that before all, Le Central, these are meetings: culinary, between fine burgers and gourmets, salads and generous ethyl sausages, ILS SERVENT DE LA CHOUFFE. And of course, human. Between student and neighbourhood life, between jazz evenings and champion league games, life is represented in all its colors, in all its vices and all its humanitys.
