What User doesn't like about Katekero:
we went a glass of wine and a snack at the place was empty and it looked like a quiet time for the staff. on this note we sat fast and the waitress was over to quickly order drinks and give menus....Drinks came fast and also eat. my wife had garlic pans that were hard to peel, it was as if they were cooked and reheated. I had sardines that were okay, but nothing exciting. it was a quiet time with not too many people. View all feedback.
Perfeito
Delicious rustic Portuguese food. such a warm, welcoming restaurant. large selection of wein and port to take away.
I've called for a short bite to eat here. friendly man I suspect is the owner welcomed us very quickly and brought us to our table. the menu is French Portuguese and English. we ordered a fish dish that translates as rice seafood with...sailor! we thought it was a paella bowl, what came a one-pot full of a kind cassole with mushing, whisking, prawning, garnel, crumb, tinted fish and a fish (not sure what). in the menu is called for people, there was enough to feed at least people! absolutely beautiful, every mouthful! service was fast and efficient. my only problem was that brot and the olives that were brought to us when we had set ourselves were put on the bill. we did not ask (not even like olive!) unlike that it can not be mistaken, the waitress also spoke very good English! would recommend everything that came out of the kitchen looked beautifully
