I go there on Thursdays, excellent pizza and then super karaoke

Absolutely terrible staff who were extremely rude. We went into the restaurant and asked them whether we could sit outside, but they said “no” in a very frustrated manner. Then, when we went inside, they snapped at us to close the outer door (even though it’s a double door and the cold air is already shut out by the inner door. When we wanted a table that was comfortable and had a good view of the lake, they repeatedly refused us and even glared at us for asking. The restaurant was even empty so there was no need to allocate seats, why would they make us sit at a specific table when we wanted to see the lake? Terrible service, no wonder they had no customers because of their awful attitude. We dined at another place down the lake.
