Somehow they managed to deliver... read more Not doing themselves any favours. While our food was fine, the service was shocking when we complained, they tried to blame us. Somehow they managed to deliver all the meals for the adults nothing for the children, despite the order being placed at the same time. When we asked when the meals might arrive, the waitstaff literally walked away without responding. When we went to ask the manager, she blamed us, saying we had asked for the kids food to be delayed. Needless to say, that would have been fairly strange given it was almost 10pm! Repeated requests for bread were ignored. And, of course, no apology or attempt to excuse their mistake. Pity but at the end of the day, a decent restaurant needs both good food at least some service attitude.

Great croissa... read more Just after arriving in Pescara and before we had a lovely long walk up and down the beach we popped in to Plinius for a nice coffee and croissant. Great croissants and lovely service. Very tasty and truly exceptional value for money. Well worth a visit especially in the hot summer prior to a good walk
