Doppiavu - Pescara

The pizza by the slice here is light, soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Tasty, all the ingredients are of high quality and the price, which is a little higher than average, is in my opinion adequate for the quality. The place is now a little larger and allows you to enjoy pizza (outside the peak times) even in the heat and away from rain and humidity in winter. The bathrooms are a little narrow but well furnished (except for the basket for collecting napkins and towels, which is a little small and artificial for the rest of the furniture. Unfortunately there is almost always a queue, but this too is a small sacrifice that It's worth tackling. I also found the staff friendly and kind: I don't know how they manage to maintain calm and friendliness even when the place is overcrowded. Pizza with prawns, gricia and carbonara are my favourites. Double W is the perfect synthesis for a crispy, light and crunchy pizza. I tried different types but I tasted the consistency of the dough and also the dressing. A fast but not heavy pizza, ideal for a snack before lunch or for a quick dinner. P.S. if you happen at the end of the evening, as happened to us, you can also enjoy singing with the orders and all the boys who are in the pizzeria. Very good and digestible pizza by the slice. There is a lot of variety in the choice of pizzas which are baked practically continuously. A tip: increase the quantity of vegan or dairy-free pizzas.
