The tagliatelle pasta itself was decent, but the sauce and meat lacked flavor and depth. As for the all’amatriciana, it was far too oily, which overwhelmed the dish and made it hard to enjoy. A disappointing experience overall. We also had two glasses of sparkling wine and one bottle of still water, and the total bill came to 40 euros — which felt overpriced for the quality we received.

Friendly service, but unfortunately, there were a few glitches, such as dishes not arriving at the same time, and some were forgotten. Nothing serious, considering the genuineness of the staff and the truly excellent quality. Excellent value, especially considering the central location. Just steps from the Rossini Theater.
