Delightful tiling with incredibly delicious black truffles. cappelletti in brodo delicious. dessert uninteresting and tiny tiny, excellent service despite very boring dining room.

Located inside the Brufani Palace Hotel, the Collins' Restaurant is a class act. Wonderful fresh and perfectly prepared food with classic personal service. Well worth the trip!

I can't stand as this restaurant appears under fine restaurants in tripadvisor. Apart from the pretense and price list, eating is really nothing special. it's not bad eating. but there is absolutely no “emphe” that should characterize something that is called “fine dining.”... in any other restaurant they find something similar or better.

Il ristorante è in un box di vetro esterno all'hotel, senza tovaglia e senza controllo di green pass come del resto anche l'hotel). a parte questo nulla di negativo da segnalare , servizio buono e scelta sufficientemente varia.

È il ristorante dell hotel Sina Brufani.Piacevole cenare all esterno.Propone piatti raffinati con estrema cura nelle materie prime di alta qualità. Io ho preso deliziosi gnocchi al ragu di bue grasso e poi tagliata di manzo etrusco e giardiniera.Davvero ottimi. E pure la creme brulee.Conto euro.Personale impeccabile e socievole.
