The Roman pinsa is fragrant and of excellent quality, the products are fresh, the service is courteous and quick. I can't give five stars to the environment because it is a tarmac square (even though it is furnished to the best of its ability). There were four of us and we took a pinsa each, two medium beers and a bottle of water. The total bill was €60 (exactly €15 each). However, I will make some necessary notes: 1) the knives don't cut very well, and the grip slips on the plate. 2) the cost of drinks and service is not shown on the menu present as a tablecloth on the table. 2.1) paying €2 for a paper cover and without bread is excessive (even if others do it) 2.2) paying €7 for an average double malt beer is absurd (even though it's delicious) Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
