I stopped for a quick lunch, currently they are open always at lunch, with self-service mode, in the evening with à la carte menu. wide choice of first, second and more soft contours. In my opinion, one of the best PERUGIA premises where to stop for a fast, quality and economic lunch. Yes, it's a Spaniard, a grill, so there's tons of meat, I'm seriously doubtful vegan options exist, and vegetarian is the normal Italian stuff you get almost everywhere. Very convivial staff friendly and prepared. Super Baldo appetizer recommended for two people and noodles with truffle and bacon equally good. Reduced prices
2nd dinner here in 3 days. Salads and pizza and wine delicious! Definitely our GO TO neighborhood restaurant in Perugia!
Fantastic food, service and staff! We had both risottos on the menu, as well as a veal steak and wine. It was so delicious we have already made another reservation!
Lovely ambiance in outdoor courtyard away from main streets. Menu only in Italian but staff ready to assist.
We arrived in Perugia after a long drive and we were hungry for some good food. We found Il Baldo online and we were not disappointed. The restaurant is tucked away on a side street which runs parallel to one of the busiest streets in the city and so it is easy to miss it. The service was very friendly and the waitress spoke excellent English. We had mozzarella sticks, ribs and risotto with asparagus and sausage, all of which were delicious. The prices are very reasonable too. We are very pleased that we found Il Baldo.
