It could cover anything but alcohol and we were looking forward to the... read more We received a meal voucher for up to $100 for being virtuoso bookings at the hotel Sina. It could cover anything but alcohol and we were looking forward to the dinner. When we went to check in for our reservation at the restaurant, the host gentlemen looked at it and said, “Oh, complimentary, follow me.” He then led us around the restaurant to the outside patio area. Same menu as inside, but considerably less nice that the tablecloth inside. The server also treated us like second class citizens throughout, slow service and acting like we shouldn’t be there. The food was average at best, and given the service snubs, it made it that much worse. If you don’t want to offer this service then don’t, but don’t treat those who have it like they are intruding. We also felt like the host was watching us the entire time, but never came by to ask how things were. As we left, we glanced inside to see if the interior and nicer restaurant area was full and perhaps that was why we were relegated to the patio. It wasn’t even half filled, so this was simply a restaurant being mean and snotty. Plenty of restaurants up the street in the old town to select from that I imagine have to be much better than this place.
