The manager here is awesome, he stops and talks to each table and often delivers your food. We were there Mother's Day for supper. We waited less than 10 minutes for a table. They are working short staffed just as many places are. The wait staff was very friendly, our food was delivered in a timely manner and was hot and excellent! Great place to eat!
We had a dinner voucher for Grand Bear, but they had a limited menu, so we decided to try a place we know well. Our server, Genny, was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We understand that since COVID-19, many restaurants have faced challenges in maintaining a sense of normalcy, but both Genny and the manager, Cecelia, created an atmosphere that felt reminiscent of dining in 2018. Despite their own challenges, that warmth and professionalism was never apparent at our table. When we thanked Cecelia for the complimentary dessert as a gesture for our patronage, she happily mentioned that managers and team leaders reflect their management style, and it was clear that her leadership prioritizes the customer experience. My only complaint is that we live two hours away and are on vacation; otherwise, we would definitely visit more often!
Great food and service. It took a little longer to expect our food
I had to return my steak twice because it was still dripping with blood when I ordered it well done. By the time I received it again, it was burned, and the rest of my food was cold. At least I did receive a discount.
