Applebee's Grill - Peru

So, we had a voucher for dinner at Grand Bear, but they had a limited menu, and we thought why not try somewhere we know. We had Genny for our server and she was so friendly. We felt welcome right away. We know since COVID-19 that it was difficult for so many places to keep things with a sense of normal more, but both Genny and Cecelia the manager made it seem as if we went into a dining room experience of 2018, although their share of difficulties I'm sure that never translated into the table. When we thank Cecelia for offering us a free dessert for our driving / eating with them, she said happy that managers/team leads are reflection of their management and let me say her management definitely makes us feel that the customer is being looked after. My only negative is that we live 2 hours away and are on holiday or we would be here more often!

I am really impressed by the manager of this institution! He makes it a point to get out and great it is personal bullets! That I feel is the professionalism that brings me back to this family atmosphere and great thumbs from me and the family. I recommend this place for all our family trips and come together. We are treated like a royal treatment and we like it.

This is my granddaughter restaurant that she serves her favorite dinner there so that we took her for birthday dinner, she was really disappointed that they were not open on their birthday because of the pandemic. She was very happy to go to her favorite place. a little later she wanted, but she was a real trooper and went with us a few weeks after her birthday. She didn't let us forget that we owe her a trip to her favorite restaurant, she was happy when we were finally able to go to her favorite restaurant. We could have a nice meal there with my son and his wife and my two little grandchildren. they had things there to entertain them, so we would be able to have a pleasant restaurant experience. The waiting staff was very efficient and helpful so we could have a pleasant time together.

Great food and service. It took a little longer to expect our food

The manager here is awesome, he stops and talks to each table and often delivers your food. We were there Mother's Day for supper. We waited less than 10 minutes for a table. They are working short staffed just as many places are. The wait staff was very friendly, our food was delivered in a timely manner and was hot and excellent! Great place to eat!
