This little gem in the CBD, is worth visiting once a week, the service is prompt and efficient, yet very accommodating(It's German). And Jochen and his wife and two wonderful and friendly people. Everything on the menu is reasonably priced and delightful. I recommend the German pork chop lunch. But if your in a rush do try the Hamburg style rolls, well crafted and delightful. Wonderfully refreshing to have a German cafe that sticks to it's roots too. Ein Ort zu besuchen, Es ist wunderbar

I suggest that the Perth City Council... read more This restaurant is fantastic, with excellent service and delicious German cuisine. However, the dining area is very small. I suggest that the Perth City Council allow them to have tables and chairs in the arcade, as other restaurants in the same arcade do. I highly recommend this restaurant - it's where I have important discussions with Dave Rodda about deep matters of state and world events.
