Despite the delicious tea offerings at the restaurant, multiple reviewers expressed dissatisfaction with the service they received. One patron noted their frustration with a server who seemed disinterested and inattentive, even going so far as to continue chatting with a colleague instead of providing requested assistance. Another customer enjoyed the taste of the tea but mentioned feeling as though they were overcharged for the additional cino they preferred to add to their drink. The tea was nice but I could not accept the service . especially the skinny lady with the eyeglasses . When I picked up my drink and asked for a plastic bag she started attitude frustrating ,leave a plastic bag on the table and get back into the corner and continuing conversation with her mate... What the services ....
Got a new drink from them today, the matcha honey late, looks good and taste very nice as well! Staff are friendly, will come back next time.
It is like drinking expensive tea when I buy it because I like to top up with more cino! I always buy green tea cino or matcha cino every then and now. It cost me $7.00 for a pop.
