Description

An inconsistent but occasionally rewarding eatery serving fresh, flavor-packed Vietnamese staples in a casual food-court setting. Highlights include mushroom and tofu pho, rice-paper rolls and sweet-potato fries, while several mains suffer from dryness, bland sauces and textural issues. Service and feedback channels are limited and quality varies—expect hit-or-miss execution despite some standout dishes.

I had the Lemongrass Beef Bun Noodle Salad for lunch, and it was incredibly fresh and delicious. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The food here is fantastic! It's on the pricier side, but you definitely get your money's worth. Everything is fresh and packed with flavor. The mushroom and tofu pho is a standout, along with the low-carb and standard tofu rice paper rolls, both of which are always a hit.

I didn't read the reviews before placing my order, as I was hoping for a nice dinner at Hotel Quarantine. That turned out to be a big mistake. The barracuda in my spring roll had the appearance and texture of a deep-fried shoelace. The main roll was lacking, the pork was dry, and while the ingredients were fresh, that wasn't enough to save the meal. Don't bother with this place; they don't even accept direct feedback for your order, only through an email address.

Noodle salad was terrible no peanuts, no herbs, no garlic in the sauce, sauce was mediocre at best, and the tofu had a terrible plastic taste and feel (and I like tofu). 1 star because the rice paper rolls looked good and the sweet potato fries were good.

Had a Bah Mi (pork belly) and it was atrocious! Roll was cold and limp, pork was cold and gristly and veggies were limp. Worst one I have ever had and I won't be back. Much better options nearby in Perth.
